On-campus residents are asked to contact the UNO Help Desk at 504-280-HELP(4357) if they have questions or problems with the network connection in their room.  A ResNet Analyst will contact the resident and attempt to answer questions and troubleshoot problems over the phone; however, if this is not possible an in-room appointment will be scheduled.  Appointments may be scheduled Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 4:00pm, based on availability.  ResNet Analysts may not work on a computer without the owner present; therefore, if the customer is not home the ResNet Analyst will leave a note requesting that the customer call back to reschedule an appointment.
