  1. If you haven't already done so, please review our system requirements.

  2. Find the instructions for your operating system and download the required PDF manual:

    • Windows XP SP2 PDF document for Windows XP
    • Windows XP SP3 PDF document for Windows XP
    • Windows Vista PDF document for Windows Vista
    • Windows 7 PDF document for Windows 7
    • Mac OS X (Tiger) PDF document for Mac OS
    • Mac OS X (Leopard) PDF document for Mac OS
    • Linux (Ubuntu 6.10)* PDF document for Linux
    *Note: Users with other versions of Linux can call the Help Desk at 504-280-4357 for assistance.

  3. Print out the required document (e.g. in the Earl K. Long Library) or save the document on your local drive to review later.
