  1. If you haven't already done so, please review our system requirements.

  2. Find the instructions for your operating system and download the required MS Word / PDF manual:

    • Windows XP SP2 Word document for Windows XP PDF document for Windows XP
    • Windows Vista Word document for Windows Vista PDF document for Windows Vista
    • Mac OS X Word document for Mac OS PDF document for Mac OS
    • Linux (Ubuntu 6.10)* Word document for Linux PDF document for Linux
    *Note: Users with other versions of Linux can call the Help Desk at 504-280-4357 for assistance.

  3. Print out the required document (e.g. in the Earl K. Long Library) or save the document on your local drive to review later.

  4. Follow the instructions.
